Join the Club

We are looking for new members. Are you interested in history and /or Perry Township? We have meetings on the third Monday of the month at 6 p.m. in the community room of the Perry Police Department on Genoa Ave SW (across the street from the 1893 one room schoolhouse we are working to restore). Usually there is a speaker from the township such as fire chief or trustee or someone from the Rotary Club or a speaker from the Massillon museum on a historical topic. We have played Perry Township Bingo and Perry Township trivia. You may have heard of some of our fund raisers: pancake breakfasts at the grange and Johnny Appleseed Day in September and a Richville reunion in July. We have the Hi way Buy Way Sale at Central in August and a strawberry social in June.

Membership includes the right to vote at announced meetings, access to information collected by club, e-mail or printed agendas, minutes, report summaries, etc. or regular newsletter. Membership pays in part for printing/mailing the above, copies of research, photos, maps, etc. used to compile information about Perry township residents, properties, businesses, services for historical organization and maintenance.
